Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: The applicant must have earned a Matriculation diploma or an equivalent degree from a recognised Board.

Driving Licence: The applicant must possess a current driver’s licence for the following classes of vehicles.

• HMV/TV stands for heavy motor vehicle or transport vehicle.
• Light-duty automobile.
• Vehicle with Gears.

• Ex-servicemen (ESM) candidates: 3 years of age relaxation after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date of receipt of application.
• Widows, Divorced Women and Women judicially separated from their husbands: Up to the age of 35 years for General and 38 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 40 years for SC/ST
• Central Government Civilian Employees: Up to the age of 40 years for General and 43 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 45 years for SC/ST
• Candidates who were domiciled in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989: 5 years of age relaxation.
