JEE Main Result The date of release of the result of the first session of JEE Main has been released. National Testing Agency has released the tentative date of the result. Students will be able to check the results of JEE Main on the official websites jeemain.nta.ac.in and nta.ac.in. The first session examination was conducted last month from January 27 to February 1.
1400 students had appeared in this examination from Dhanbad. NTA City Coordinator Ashutosh Kumar said that the results of the first session of JEE Main-2024 are expected on February 12. Registration for the second session is going on and will continue till March 2. The result of the second session will be released on April 25. Through this, admission is taken to undergraduate engineering programs (BE-B.Tech) in NITs, Triple IT, and other centrally funded technical institutes.
One and a half lakh students will appear in JEE Advanced
One and a half lakh students who are successful in JEE Main will appear in Advanced. Students successful in Advanced will be eligible for admission in IIT. Students who score best in both the sessions will appear for JEE Advanced. Candidates successful in Advanced will get admission in 23 IITs of the country including IIT-ISM Dhanbad. NTA has also released the answer key before the result. However, there is a situation of confusion among the students regarding this.
Let us tell you here that the second session of JEE Main will start from April 4. In this, the examination will be conducted in 13 languages including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. The examination will be conducted in computer based mode in two shifts. Papers will be held from 9 in the morning and from 3 to 6 in the afternoon.
