ALP candidates in turmoil due to fewer vacancies
Candidates of the Railway Recruitment Examination also protested on the streets on Tuesday against the low number of vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and Technician. Meanwhile, Railway GM and Patna DM held a joint press conference at the junction and cleared the misconceptions of the students. The agitating candidates said that the Railways has released vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilot after six years. There were not even six thousand vacancies in six years. A movement is being carried out against this. It is being said that the reinstatement of the technician will be done soon but the number has not been given. In the year 2018, 65 thousand vacancies of Loco Pilot and Technician were released. In this context, there should be 70 thousand vacancies.
