A total of 500 posts are vacant for the post of Technician (Diploma) Apprentices.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering – 395 Posts
Electronics and Communication Engineering – 22 Posts
Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering – 09 Posts
Computer Engineering/ Information Technology – 09 Posts
Civil Engineering – 15 Posts
Mechanical Engineering – 50 Posts
Educational Qualification of Apprentices
Must have passed a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology awarded by the State Council or Board of Technical Education established by the State Government in relevant fields.
Diploma in Engineering and Technology awarded by an institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government is equivalent to the above.
TANGEDCO Age Limit
It has been informed that the age limit will be followed as per training rules.
Monthly Allowance:
A monthly stipend of Rs.8000/- will be given to the selected candidates.
